Looking for a boating-friendly vacation? Included with your stay, Sea Oats has its own boat ramp and 50 boat slips used on a first come first serve basis. If you're not getting out early on your boat, start your day by watching the pelicans and herons. The complex is spread out over six acres.

The Lagoon side of the property has a large grass area that overlooks the waterfront and includes:

Parking notes:

- Parking for 2 vehicles is included with your stay.
- Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival.
- Please display them in your vehicle to avoid your vehicle being ticketed, towed, and/or booted.
- One carport space is labeled D-201.
- One additional parking space is available directly behind the carport space, parked in tandem.
- If you bring your own boat, you may park your boat trailer in 1 of these 2 reserved spaces.
- Additional open parking may be available in the complex on a first-come, first-serve basis.

OTHER NOTES AND RULES:

* No trailers, personal watercraft, campers, or motor homes are allowed on the property, such vehicles will be towed.

** Please note: this complex does not have elevators, and there are two flights to enter the condo.

*** The reservation registrant must meet the minimum age requirement of 23 years old. Host will verify government issued photo ID prior to check in.

**** If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$500 depending if there’s damage.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $50.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $100./dog for 5+ nights.
- A $250.00 security deposit will be applied after your reservation is confirmed and refunded after checkout and the home has been inspected for damage/extra cleaning etc.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Condo towels are NOT to be used for pets.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Do NOT leave your dog at the condo unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Sea Oats property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that other condo guests complain about dogs barking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
