Our comfortable sectional couch is perfect for the whole family to gather while enjoying a movie night on the HD Alexa TV. Natural light floods the space through large windows, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. And don't worry about the summer heat—our room darkening shades ensure a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary toiletries and rest easy in our three generously sized bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and an HD Alexa TV for your entertainment. The primary bedroom boasts a full ensuite bathroom, while another full bathroom awaits you in the hallway, ensuring everyone's convenience and comfort.

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator and freezer (equipped with an ice maker), a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove and oven. Everything you need to whip up a feast for your loved ones!

Big Al’s Bungalow is located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly community in Northport which is a 3 minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa.

Uber and Lyft and readily available.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify government-issued ID prior to check in.

✷NO FIREWORKS. This is strictly enforced by the host, the community and the township.

✷Any fines incurred from the township will be at the renter's expense.

✷ The home has 2 steps to enter inside, otherwise, the property is one-level.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ Starter Necessities Supplied: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets.

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 11am.
There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 11am check-out time.

✷ If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$1000 depending if there’s damage.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS.
- If pet hair is found on beds or furniture, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lake Harmony property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied if neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
