The main living room features an HD Alexa TV, while the multipurpose Bama Room is a game-day haven decked out in Crimson Tide pride, complete with a pull-out queen sofa bed and its own HD Alexa TV.

Bedrooms: Three generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an HD Alexa TV, provide comfort and entertainment. The primary bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom is located off the hallway.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to create culinary masterpieces. It features new appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove and oven.

Big Al’s Bungalow is located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly community in Northport, which is a 3-minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa.

Uber and Lyft are readily available.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify the government-issued ID before check-in.

✷NO FIREWORKS. This is strictly enforced by the host, the community, and the township.

✷Any fines incurred from the township will be at the renter's expense.

✷ The home has 2 steps to enter inside; otherwise, the property is one-level.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens, as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ Starter Necessities Supplied include paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 11am.
There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 11am check-out time.

✷ If there is evidence of smoking inside the home, there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$1000, depending on if there’s damage.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS.
- An excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found on beds or furniture.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Do NOT leave your dog unattended in the home.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lake Harmony property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. If neighbors or security complain about dogs barking, fees will be applied.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
